Are you going blonde to brown? Brown to blonde? Complete change? Bright fashion colours? Or scalp bleach? Then, this is the service for you, and you will need to book a consultation before booking this service.

Most colour services include our gloss toners. However, they aren’t just for colour appointments. Do you like your colour to last but feel the need to freshen up now and then? It's best to book in at 6-8 weeks for a toner between colour visits. This is also an option to freshen up brunettes/coppers/camouflage grey hairs etc

FAQ’s

Each appointment can vary. For colour appointments, you will want to give yourself a minimum of 2.5 hours. We will provide you with a more accurate time frame for colour corrections or big jobs if needed. For haircut appointments, please give yourself at least an hour.

Calling the salon or booking online via our website is the best/quickest way to book an appointment. If you’re trying to book over social media, please be patient with our responses.

You most definitely can. We suggest this for most of our new clients or clients wanting to chat about a hair change. We offer free 20 minute consultations for new clients while also consulting with you at the beginning of every appointment.

We do have a cancellation policy for colour appointments. If you have confirmed your appointment and cancel within 24 hours before your appointment, there is an $80 cancellation fee.

Yes, you do. We send out reminder text messages a couple of days before your appointment to either confirm or cancel. If you do not respond to this reminder, we automatically revoke your appointment.

Our extension services are bookable with selected stylists and require a consultation beforehand, either over the phone or in person. Unfortunately, we do not stock extensions or extension supplies in the salon, so if you’re thinking about booking this service, please do so at least two weeks before you need them done to give us time to order what you need.

Yes, we do. The colour brand that we have partnered with is Redken. Redken has a new generation bleach formula with a bonding additive built-in. This is a flash lift bonder inside, which gives you internal cuticle protection. This new generation bleach formula gives you extra levels of lift, with no additive needed. Flash Lift Bonder Inside gives the benefit of having a bonding additive built-in. The Flash Lift Bonder Inside formula has both bonding and cosmetic benefits such as improved elasticity, touchable smoothness and visible shine. Our bonding system is only $40 with any blonding service. In addition to this, Redken also has the Acidic Bonding Concentrate range, giving you at-home care as well as an in-salon intensive treatment.

Absolutely! Just imagine buying a new car, having it coloured and coated exactly how you like it and going home and washing it with dishwashing liquid? Eeek! Your hair is much the same, only much more fragile. You’re going to spend this time and money having your hair coloured and styled exactly how you want it. If you’re using good quality hair care at home, this will help keep your beautiful look, prevent colours from fading and provide heat protection if needed. We are always here for product consultation.
